These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wenpkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wenpkr.biz. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any bet on wenpkr, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the wenpkr platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your own records.

To create and use a wenpkr account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. wenpkr strictly enforces this requirement and will close any account where the player is found to be underage, forfeiting all funds in that account.
• You are registering as a private individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or trustee for any third party.

• Online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.

You may hold only one account on wenpkr. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person through matching personal details, device identifiers, IP addresses or payment methods, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with them forfeited without recourse.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. wenpkr reserves the right to request verification documents at any point and to suspend account activity pending satisfactory verification. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

wenpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practice. You may be required to provide identity and address verification documents before making your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter at wenpkr's discretion.

Accepted verification documents include:

• Identity: CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence — front and back copies.

Documents must be clear, unedited originals. wenpkr does not charge fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges independent of wenpkr — please check with your bank or wallet provider before transacting.

In the event of a chargeback initiated against a wenpkr deposit, the player's account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any outstanding balance equal to the chargebacked amount plus an administration charge of Rs 2,500 will be applied before account reinstatement is considered.

wenpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General bonus rules applicable to all wenpkr promotions:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly on each offer page.
• Wagering is calculated on the total combined value of your real-money balance plus bonus balance. Games contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live card games contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting may contribute 50–100% depending on the odds. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail for gameplay matters. These Terms prevail for all account, payment and conduct matters.

• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or communication breakdown that prevents a game round from completing correctly, wenpkr reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. • Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to wenpkr immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands or coordinate betting in a way that is unfair to other participants.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any other method to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of illegal activities through wenpkr deposits or withdrawals.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification or payment process.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing wenpkr support staff or other players.

wenpkr takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. We provide a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools that every player can access directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps. Changes to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Pop-up notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Loss limits: Maximum loss thresholds per day, week or month.
• Cooling-off periods: 24-hour, 72-hour, weekly, monthly and 6-week temporary account pauses. Activates immediately.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any wenpkr content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of wenpkr intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. Any disputes relating to third-party game content should be directed to the relevant studio, though wenpkr will assist in facilitating communication where it can.

wenpkr collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. Key points:

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification and legal compliance only.
• wenpkr does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and in transit.

• You have the right to request account and data deletion, subject to statutory data retention requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wenpkr's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, or Rs 50,000, whichever is lower.

wenpkr is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
• The actions or content of any third-party game provider, payment processor or other third party connected to but independent of the wenpkr platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits wenpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by wenpkr.

wenpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same person.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Where an account is closed due to a player breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at wenpkr's initiative for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

wenpkr reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to their registered address and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of wenpkr after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account before the updated Terms take effect.

wenpkr is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Reach wenpkr customer support via live chat on the website or by email at support@wenpkr.biz. Include your account username, a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence. Most issues are resolved at this stage within a few hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction within 48 hours, escalate by emailing complaints@wenpkr.biz with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. Our complaints team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
• Step 3 — External Review: If your complaint remains unresolved after Step 2, you may request an independent review. wenpkr will cooperate fully with any legitimate independent dispute resolution process and provide all relevant transaction and game logs.
